Processing time

Every piece is handmade. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and personalised items — such as the Sargi Box or custom colour coordinations — may need 2-3 additional business days to craft; we'll email you if your order requires extra time.

Shipping across India

Delivery is complimentary on all orders. Once dispatched, parcels arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by courier volumes, weather, or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us at vrinda2017.star@gmail.com.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched, and re-delivery to a corrected address may carry a charge.

International orders

We currently ship within India only. For international enquiries, write to vrinda2017.star@gmail.com.
